In the early technical route of tower free water supply system engineering, although expensive investment and maintenance of water towers were removed, a new major problem emerged, which is that when there is no water use, such as at night, the tower free water supply system automatically maintains the frequency and speed of the pump motor at a relatively stable working value to maintain the preset water pressure, which makes the pump motor work continuously even when there is no water use, It consumes more electricity than intermittent water tower systems. Some engineers have proposed installing a motor start stop timer to solve this problem, but this has brought new problems, such as what to do when a sudden fire occurs late at night and water is urgently needed? To solve this problem, our company has designed a sleep wake software for intelligent inverter control, which perfectly solves this problem.

The programmable intelligent control center ICC with PID control is used to control the speed of the pump motor. Set the water pressure sensor at the user’s side, the signal is connected to ICC, set the water pressure P0 according to the user’s need, when the user’s water consumption increases, the water pressure P is less than P0, the motor frequency increases, the pump revolution speed increases, the water pressure and the water supply quantity increase, otherwise reduces. When the water consumption is very small, the pressure is stable, and the frequency works at a low preset value for a period of time, the motor enters the dormant stop state. When the water consumption suddenly increases and the pressure is lower than the preset value, the ICC is awakened to start the motor into a normal state in service.
